To get the most out of your headset, download and set up the Bang & Olufsen app on your mobile device.

Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the bottom of the right ear cup for two seconds.

Enable Bluetooth on your device.

You can enable and disable Bluetooth from the Settings menu on most call devices.

Select your headset from the device list.

By default, your headset will appear in the device list as Bang & Olufsen Cisco 980.
