How Do I Automatically Accept Requests for Remote Control?

When performing a share in a Webex meeting, you can automatically grant control of the software to a participant who requests control
While sharing, you can automatically grant remote control to a participant who requests control. In this case, a participant who requests remote control automatically takes control of the software that you are sharing. While automatic remote control is turned on, any participant can take control away from any other participant by requesting remote control.
To automatically let participants control shared software:
- On the share control panel, click the 'More Sharing Options' button next to the pause button.
- Select Remote control privilege > Automatically accept all requests
- To disable, in the same menu select Others need to ask for approval.
