The Video Device Meeting Password is Missing in Webex Email Invitations
list-menuFeedback?
This article addresses the missing numeric meeting password for joining Webex meetings from video devices. It explains its absence and provides solutions to enable this security feature.

Enabling the 'Require users to have an account when joining by phone' option within the Site Administration or Control Hub Tool allows administrators to permit or restrict connections from video devices.

When configured as 'Blocked,' users of video endpoints won't be able to join meetings, and the numeric password needed for joining won't be displayed in email invitations.
