Your profile picture appears in the Participants panel and when you turn off your video during Webex Meetings. Displaying a profile picture makes it easier for others to recognize you.
Change your profile picture
Sign in to your Webex site, select your name in the upper-right of your Webex site, and then select My profile.
Select Change in your profile picture.
If you haven't already added a picture, you'll see your initials in a circle.
Depending on the site setup, you may need to click.
Select Upload Picture and then browse for the picture that you want to upload.
Use an image that's greater than or equal to 720 × 720 pixels, and less than 5 MB.
Remove your profile picture
After you add a profile picture, you can only replace it with another picture. You can’t revert to the original system-generated avatar that shows your initials. However, you can create and upload an image to display your initials.
Using your favorite image editing software, create an image greater than or equal to 720 × 720 pixels and less than 5 MB in size.
Start with a neutral solid color (recommended). Choose a font that's easy to read, in the largest available size for that font, and center your initials in the image. You can create an image that closely resembles the system-generated avatars, or be creative.
Follow the steps to Change your profile picture, and upload your new image.
