Your profile picture appears in the Participants panel and when you turn off your video during Webex Meetings. Displaying a profile picture makes it easier for others to recognize you. Depending on the administrator settings for your site, you can change or delete your profile picture.
Change your profile picture
If your site settings allow you to edit your profile picture, you can replace the default avatar, or an existing image.
| 1 | Sign in to your Webex site, select your name in the upper right of your Webex site, and then select My profile.  | ||
| 2 | Select Change in your profile picture.  If you haven't already added a picture, you see your initials in a circle. Depending on the site setup, you may need to click . | ||
| 3 | Select Upload Picture and then browse for the picture that you want to upload. Use an image that's greater than or equal to 720 × 720 pixels, and less than 5 MB.

Delete your profile picture
If you want to revert to the default avatar with your initials, you can delete your profile picture.
| 1 | Sign in to your Webex site, select your name in the upper right of your Webex site, and then select My profile. |
| 2 | Select Edit my profile. |
| 3 | Right-click on your profile picture and select Delete. |
| 4 | On the confirmation dialog box, select OK. Allow a few minutes for the cache to clear and the image to revert to the original avatar with your initials. |
