Priority alert allows you to set up a unique ringtone based on predefined criteria. This is helpful when you want to be quickly notified that a specific phone number is calling you. You can enable this feature using Calling User Portal or User Hub.

Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling. |

From the Calling User Portal, go to Call Settings. |

Go to Priority Alert and turn on the toggle. |

Select a predefined schedule from the drop-down list.

Click Add Schedule to set the following parameters:

Click Save to save your priority alert parameters. Your schedule is added to an Alert or Don't alert table. You can edit or delete schedules from the tables, as needed.
