Call information for recent calls on Board, Desk, and Room Series

If you need to troubleshoot a recent call, you can find the call details from the recent calls list.

Third party calls do not appear in the Recent Calls list when dialed from the touch panel or user interface. As a result, redialing these calls directly from the Recents section is not supported. This change was implemented to prevent potential exposure of sensitive information.

Tap the Call button on your device or Touch controller's home screen. Select Recents.

Select the call you want the information from and tap More .

Tap Call Details.

Swipe up or down to scroll through the list.
