Ringtone settings let you manage how the phone alerts users to incoming calls. The phones provide built-in ringtones and support custom ringtones. You can assign a different ringtone to each line. This helps users easily distinguish between personal, shared, or priority calls.
Assign a ringtone to a line
By default, all lines on the phone use the same ringtone for incoming call alerts. You can configure a different ringtone for an individual line or extension so that incoming calls on that line use a designated ring pattern. Assigning different ringtones to different lines helps users identify which line is receiving a call and manage calls more efficiently.
Users can also change the ringtone on the phone if they have access to the settings. Changes made on the phone sync to Control Hub.

Click the desired line, and then select a ringtone in the Ringtone field. If No Ring is selected, the phone doesn't ring for incoming calls on that line. Ringtones 1 through 15 are built-in ringtones. See the Ringtone list for the built-in ringtone mapping. Custom 1 through Custom 10 are custom ringtones. If you assign an unconfigured custom ringtone to a line, the line uses the default built-in ringtone (1). For instructions on configuring custom ringtones, see Configure custom ringtones. |

Configure custom ringtones
Your phone supports up to 10 custom ringtones. When configured, users can assign them to individual lines on the phone.
In the ringtone list on the phone, new custom ringtones display (Not installed) next to the ringtone name until they are played or applied to a line.
