Assign Administrator Privileges


If you are an administrator with full privileges, you can use Cisco Spark Control Hub to assign roles with different privileges to any user in your organization.

1    From the customer view in, go to Users, choose a user, and click Roles and Security.
2    Select the administrative role to assign to that user, and then click Save.  

You can get an idea of what privileges each role has by hovering over info .


Customer Administrator Roles

Each user account role determines the privilege level you have in Cisco Spark Control Hub. If you have full administrator privileges, you can assign one or more roles to any user in your organization.


By default, users have no administrative privileges.
