How to Clear the Webex Cache on a Mac
Clearing the Webex cache on your Mac can be done quickly and may resolve an issue you're having with Webex.
Follow these steps:
- Sign out of and close the Webex client.
- Open Finder.
- In the Finder menu bar, click Go > Go to Folder...
- Enter ~/Library/Caches
- Locate the Cisco-Systems.Spark folder and/or the Cisco Spark folder. Delete all contents of the folder.
- In the menu bar, click Go > Go to Folder...
- Enter ~/Library/Application Support
- Locate the Cisco-Systems.Spark folder and/or the Cisco Spark folder. Delete all contents of the folder.
- Launch Webex
