You can use the board's touchscreen to draw with your fingers or with the provided stylus. The whiteboard provides an infinite canvas where you can draw and write in all directions without running out of space.

With the Webex Teams app, you can save your whiteboards to Webex Teams space and share them with other participants. You can also send your whiteboards by email to collaborate with people inside and outside your organization.

Create a Whiteboard

Tap Whiteboard Whiteboard icon on the home screen.

If you haven't already created a whiteboard during your session, a new whiteboard opens.

If you have already created one or several whiteboards during your session, the latest whiteboard opens. Tap Create new whiteboard icon to open a new whiteboard.

Use your fingers or the supplied stylus to draw on the whiteboard. Two people can draw on the whiteboard simultaneously. Choose from different colors and remove lines using the eraser. To go back one step, tap Back icon. You can bring back what you just removed with the redo button. Tap Back iconand then . You can redo steps you have undone during the current whiteboarding session.

To change the pen size, tap the pen icon to open the options . Tap to select the line thickness you wish to use.


 

To zoom in and out on the picture, pinch out and in on the touchscreen. You can zoom in up to 3x. While zoomed in, you can move the whiteboard around by pressing with two fingers and swiping to the direction you want to move the picture to.



To clear the whiteboard, tap the eraser icon twice and tap Clear all icon.

Press the home button when you want to leave the whiteboard.

Open an Existing Whiteboard

If you create more than one whiteboard during a session, each new one is added to the list of existing whiteboards. You can use this screen to open whiteboards you have created in your current session.

Tap Whiteboard on the home screen to open the whiteboard menu.

If one or several whiteboards have been created during a session, the latest whiteboard appears.

Tap to open the list of whiteboards. Then, tap on the whiteboard you want to open.

Delete a Whiteboard

You can delete the whiteboards you aren't using anymore from the list of existing whiteboards. The whiteboards that you create are stored there and remain available during your session. When you press and hold the home button or when the board goes to sleep, the whiteboards that are stored in the list are deleted.

If you want to keep the whiteboards you create on your board after your session has finished, you can save it to a Webex Teams space or send it as PDF by email.

Tap to open the Whiteboard menu.

Tap in the bottom left corner and Delete.

Alternatively, tap to open the list of existing whiteboards. Tap and select which whiteboards you want to remove. Tap and confirm your choice in the dialog box.

Create a Copy of a Whiteboard

Tap Whiteboard on the home screen. If you haven't already created a whiteboard during your session, a new whiteboard opens.

If you have already created a whiteboard during your session, the last whiteboard opens. Tap to open a new whiteboard.

To create a copy of the whiteboard, tap . The copy is saved in the Whiteboard menu and you can continue working on it as you would on any other whiteboard.
