Move participants to the stage in meetings, webinars, and events
When you use stack or side by side view, the active speaker or shared content appears as the main video, called the stage. Customize what you see on the stage by adding up to eight additional participants to it. If the meeting includes an interpreter you can add them to the stage along with the active speaker.
Only you, not other meeting participants, see the changes that you make.
Up to eight participants can appear on the stage at any given time. So, if the host or cohost syncs their stage and adds participants to it, you can only add more participants if one or more of the slots on the stage is available. To move someone to the stage, drag their video thumbnail to it. You can also hover over a participant's video and click More If you don't see the video thumbnail of the person that you want to add, click Next page |

To show or hide the active speaker from the stage, select Layout On the Webex Suite meeting platform, on desktop, you can also set this when you're not in a meeting. Click Settings |

To remove someone from the stage, click Remove this video from the stage |

To move someone to the stage, drag their video thumbnail to it. You can also tap the participant video thumbnail, and then tap Move to stage. If you don't see the video thumbnail of the person that you want to add, drag the participant videos at the top of the screen right or left. |
