refreshed Webex Meetings sign-in page

After the upgrade, sign in with your email address (rather than your username) on the updated Sign In page.

If the new Sign In page on the right looks familiar to you, this article doesn't apply.

Multiple accounts: Please READ

If you have multiple Meetings accounts, or if you're using a company email, check the following cases and note the one that applies to you. This account consolidation allows us to better roll out our latest Meetings features to your account.

Free and paid Meetings accounts

  • If you have both a free Meetings account and an Enterprise plan, your free Meetings account is deleted.

  • If you have both a free Meetings account and a Webex.com paid plan (Starter, Plus, Business, Meet, Call, and Meet+Call), your free Meetings account is deleted.

To prevent any impact to your scheduled meetings in your free Meetings site, please make sure to reschedule those meetings from your paid site before August 15, 2022.

Multiple free Meetings accounts

  • If you have multiple freemeetings*.webex.comsite accounts (for example: meetingsamer11.webex.com, meetingsemea11.webex.com, or meetingsapac11.webex.com), your most active account is kept, and all duplicate accounts are deleted.

  • If you have ameet*.webex.comsite account (for example: meet123.webex.com or meet456.webex.com) and a freemeetings*.webex.comsite account, your freemeetings*.webex.comsite account is deleted.

Free Meetings account with a company email address

  • If you used your company email to sign up for an account and the company has claimed the domain, your free account is deleted. Please contact your company’s Webex administrator to assign you a Meetings license.

  • If your company doesn't allow self-sign up for a free account, your free account is deleted. Please contact your company’s Webex administrator to assign you a Meetings license.

If no restriction is posted by your company, you can continue to host meetings with your free Meetings account through the refreshed log in page.

Webex App accounts without Meetings capabilities

If you already have an account to access Webex App, you must sign in with your Webex App account password after the upgrade.

What happens to my meetings after my free Meetings account is deleted?

You no longer have access to your deleted account.

  • All of your scheduled meetings in the deleted account are canceled.

  • Reschedule your meetings from another Meetings account.

  • Access your Meetings accounts at: www.webex.com > Sign In.

Can I reactivate my free Meetings account after it's deleted?

No. Once your free account is deleted, it is irreversible.

What can I do if I don’t have another account and my free Meetings account is deleted?

Sign up for a new free Meetings account with your personal email on http://www.webex.com. If you want to use your work email address, ask your company’s Webex administrator to assign you a Meetings license on a company site.

If you are unsure if you have another account, try using your different email addresses to log in at www.webex.com > Sign In.
