Install or Uninstall the Webex Document Loader (WDL)

The Webex Document Loader is an essential tool for document sharing and remote printing in the Webex environment. This guide will walk you through manually installing or uninstalling of the WDL zip file.

ANSWER

Download the file here: WDLInstall.zip.

INSTALL

Open WDLInstall.zip and extract all contents to a temporary location.
Navigate to the specified temporary location and execute the WDLInstall.msi file to begin the installation.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation of the Webex Document Loader.

UNINSTALL

Open WDLInstall.zip and extract all contents to a temporary location.
Navigate to the specified temporary location and execute the WDLInstall.msi to begin removal.

Note: The same file, WDLInstall.msi, can be used to install and uninstall the application. If the application is already installed, the same file will allow removing it.
