Will the CCA-SP Portal pop a message on using the same display/access number that is already in use on another bridge?
Once an access (or display) number is created on a CCA-SP bridge, it cannot be reused on any other bridge. The CCA-SP Portal does not raise an error message today when the partner attempts to do this. This check is performed only when Cisco reviews a partner telephony domain provisioning request to approve it. Partners must therefore exercise caution when provisioning numbers in the Portal to avoid using them across bridges.
