Speaker video is missing from a downloaded meeting recording

Speaker video in downloading recordings is enabled but doesn’t appear in the recording

 

Speaker Video is not enabled by default for downloaded recordings. To get the feature turned on, please get in touch with your company’s Webex Site Administrator or Cisco Support.

Cisco Support can also help with requesting MP4 format support for your meeting and event recordings.
