How Do I Change the Company Name on My Account?
Use the Customer Service Hub to open a case for a company name change.
You can request to change the company name on your account by creating a case in the Customer Service Hub. Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Customer Service Hub (CSH) portal: Customer Service Hub
- Search for 'Name Change’ in the search box.
- Select Open Case next to 'Company Account Management.'
- In the Type of Request drop-down, select Company Name or Address Change and provide a detailed explanation in the comments field
- Select Next.
- On the next page, select Create Case.
