Solution:

You can request to change the account name by creating a case in Customer Service Hub.

  1.    Go to the Customer Service Hub (CSH) portal: Customer Service Hub
  2.     Search for 'Name Change’ in the search box.
  3.     Select Open Case next to 'Company Account Management.'
  4.     Choose Company Name or Address Change and provide a detailed explanation in the comments field
  5.     Select Next.
  6.     On the next page, select Create Case.
