Note: eCommerce is available with Webex Events (Classic) on Webex Business Suite (WBS) 39 and later at an additional cost via the Advanced Services team.
Solution:
You may charge attendees to join events if eCommerce has been enabled on your site. Contact your Cisco Account representative for assistance adding eCommerce to your Webex site.
