Note:

It may take up to 24 hours after you conclude your event or an attendee completes a post-recording survey for the results to be finalized and posted on your Webex site.


Solution:

To access survey results:

Post-Event survey

  1. Log in to your Webex site. (Example: SITENAME.webex.com)
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click the My Reports button.
  4. In the Event Center: section, click the Attendance Report link.
  5. Select the date range of an event that has already taken place and enter a search string, or simply just click the Display Report button.
  6. Click on the name of the event.
  7. Click the Export button to export the Attendance report to a .CSV file.
  8. Under File, click on the AttendanceListReport .CSV file:
  9. A spreadsheet opens up where you will find the event ID number.
  10. Copy the Event ID and paste it into the Event ID field on the Attendance Report page:

  1. Click Export Detail Report.
  2. In the newly exported report, scroll to the furthest right columns to see the Survey Results
In the exported report, each survey question will be displayed in a separate column at the far right of the spreadsheet.

Note: Generating the report may take a while. If the detail report times out, enter the Event ID and select Export Detail Report at the bottom of the page. You can find the Event ID in the Attendance List Report.


Post-Recording survey

  1. Log in to your Webex site. (Example: SITENAME.webex.com)
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click the My Reports button.
  4. In the Webex Events: section, click the Event Recording Report link.
  5. Select the desired date range and enter a search string, or simply just click the Display Report button.
  6. Click on the name of the recording.
  7. Click the Export button to export the Event Recording Report to a .CSV file.

    In the exported report, each survey question will be displayed in a separate column at the far right of the spreadsheet.
