Steps to clear the storage data and cache for the Cisco Webex Meetings app on an Android device:
- Tap on Settings on the home screen.
- Tap on Apps:
- Tap on the Cisco Webex Meetings app.
The application settings screen appears:
Note: To force stop the Cisco Webex Meetings app, tap on Force Stop.
- Tap on Storage
- Do one of the following:
- To clear storage data: Tap on Clear Data.
- To clear storage cache: Tap on Clear Cache.
