    Keynote presentation share shows only a green or black screen on a Mac.

    My Share Screen or Application share shows only a green or black screen on a Mac.

    Attendee sees a green screen during desktop share in meeting.

    Attendee sees a green screen during my Mac screen share in meeting.

    Attendee unable to see shared application, screen is black.

    Solution:

    When delivering a Keynote presentation, you may experience various applications opening unexpectedly. Applications likely to open include the Apple Software Update, Expose, Front Row or any application configured to use a timed launch sequence. For this kind of behavior, enable the ability for any other application to open during a presentation in Keynote's preferences.

    To enable other application to open Keynote:

    1. Open Keynote.
    2. Open the Preferences window (Keynote > Preferences...).
    3. Select the Slideshow tab.
    4. Check 'Allow Expose, DashBoard and others to use screen' as shown below:
