Call Feature Issues in Cisco Jabber

Call feature issues in Cisco Jabber.

My calling features are not working properly.


You may see issues with Cisco Jabber for Android calling features if you set the native phone application to launch by default.

To avoid these issues:

  1. From your Android home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap either Apps or App management.
  3. Swipe to the left to list all installed apps.
  4. Scroll down and tap the Phone app icon.
  5. Ensure that Launch by Default is set to off.
