HTTP Debugger can be downloaded at https://www.httpdebugger.com/.
The HTTP Debugger begins a capture when the program is started. If it does not start automatically, follow these steps
- Select the Home tab, then click Start.
- Replicate the issue.
- To save the capture, select File and then select Save Session.
The log file is saved in XML format, and is normally stored in your Documents folder. Zip the XML file and email it to Cloud Collaboration TAC Engineer.
