    ANSWER
To access the RSS feed for incidents, right-click the  User-added image icon at the top right of the Webex Service Status page. Please copy the link address and add it to your RSS reader.
To access the RSS Feed for each individual service, right-click the User-added image icon of the service or sub-service you want to subscribe to. Please copy the link address and add it to your RSS reader.

If you use the Webex App, we recommend you use the RSS bot. The bot sends a message for every update.

    1. Log in to the Cisco Webex Control Hub at https://admin.webex.com.
    2. Under Notifications, select the icon to view if there is a service incident.
Administrators can check service incidents from within the Cisco Webex Control Hub. This is available today and does not require any admin interaction to subscribe. The support feed is derived from the Webex Service Status page.
