Clearing the cache and cookies can help with Webex issues such as starting/joining meetings, logging into your Webex site, or your Webex site data not loading correctly. Continue reading to learn how to clear the cache and cookies in your Microsoft Edge browser.

Follow the steps below to the clear cache and cookies for Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the browser, select Settings and more (Alt+F):

  1. Select Settings, then click on Privacy & services.
  2. Under Clear Browsing Data, select Choose what to clear.
  3. Check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data, then select Clear now.
  4. Restart the browser.

Edge can be set to automatically delete cookies every time the Edge browser is closed:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the browser, select Settings and more (Alt+F):
  3. Select Settings, then click on Privacy & services.
  4. Under Clear Browsing Data, select Choose what to clear every time you close the browser.
  5. Enable the data that would like to be deleted every time the browser is closed.
