Unable to disable WebEx Calling Voicemail Lock Time in Control Hub
Is there a setting in Control Hub to turn off the Voicemail Lock time?
Can I change my Voicemail lock time for Webex Calling?
Control Hub cannot set the Webex voicemail lockout from (3) to a higher number. The solution is that the user has to reset the voicemail PIN after entering the PIN incorrectly three times. This setting is by design.
For the Site Admin: Use (admin.webex.com) to reset the pin.
For Individual Users: Use (settings.webex.com) to reset the pin.
Reset a user's voicemail PIN in Control Hub:
Site Admin View:
- Go to https://admin.webex.com.
- Go to Users and select the user to reset the voicemail PIN.
- Select Calling and then choose Voicemail from Voicemail, fax, and announcement language.
- Enable the Voicemail toggle, and then select Voicemail PIN.
- Click Reset Voicemail PIN.
Users View:
- Go to https://settings.webex.com and select My Profile.
- Click the "…" and select Reset Voicemail PIN.
- Enter your New Voicemail PIN.
- Re-enter your PIN in Confirm Voicemail PIN and click Save.
