Easily connect with the people you contact frequently. You can add contacts in the user portal with and without a speed dial code. After adding the contact, you can easily place a call using the speed dial code from the Webex App or desk phone, or directly from the user portal.
Contacts added in the Calling User Portal don't appear in the Webex App, and similarly, the Webex App contacts don't show up in the Calling User Portal. |

Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling. | ||

From the Calling User Portal, click Directory. | ||

Click the My Contacts tab. | ||

Enter the Name and Phone Number of the contact to add. | ||

(Optional) Select a Speed Dial number from the drop-down list.

What to do next
