Report illegal content in Webex
To comply with Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act, European users can report illegal content to Webex.
Overview
In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), if you're a recipient of the Webex service in the European Union and you see content on Webex that you believe to be illegal, you can submit a case to Cisco by following the process described here.
As defined in the DSA, illegal content means “any information that, in itself or in relation to an activity, including the sale of products or the provision of services, is not in compliance with Union law or the law of any Member State which is in compliance with Union law, irrespective of the precise subject matter or nature of that law.” For example, sharing terrorist content, the non-authorized use of copyright-protected material, or the illegal sale of live animals may all be deemed to be illegal content in certain Member States.
