Configure Default Page Options for Your Webex Site in Cisco Webex Site Administration

Site administrators can customize the page people in their organization see when they sign in to their Cisco Webex site.

Specify a Default Service and Page for Your Site

This procedure is for Enterprise sites only. You can specify the service (for example, Webex Meetings, or Webex Events) and the page that first appears when a user accesses your site.

    1Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options.
    2Scroll down to the Site Options section.
    3To specify a default service, select a service from the Display this service to all users by default drop-down list.
    4To specify a default page, select a page from the Default page for drop-down list.
    5Select Update to save your changes.

    Change the Default Page

    You can specify the page that appears when users sign in. Users can override your settings and select a different default page in their My Webex profiles.

      1Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to one of the following:
      • Configuration > Webex Meetings
      • Configuration > Webex Events > Options
      • Configuration > Webex Training
      2In the Default Options section, select the default page to display, from the Default page for My Webex list.
      • For Webex Meetings, choose from Browse Meetings, Join an Unlisted Meeting, My Scheduled Meetings, or Start an Instant Meeting.
          

        To exclude the meeting list from appearing on your site go to Configuration > Common Site Settings > Options and select All meetings/ events/ sessions must be unlisted.

      • For Webex Events, choose from Event Recordings, List of Evemts, Schedule an Event, Search, or Site Events.
      • For Webex Taining, choose from Browse Meetings, Join an Unlisted Session, Recording Sessions, or Start an Instant Session.
      3Select Update.
