Set a Webex site for your organization
If you're a Microsoft Team administrator, you can now set a default Webex site for your entire organization. This means that all channels within your organization use the org-wide default site if no other site is set.

See Webex meetings scheduled from Microsoft Teams in Webex meeting reports
Webex site administrators can see the Webex meetings scheduled through Microsoft Teams when they generate a Webex meeting report from Control Hub. Microsoft Teams appears in the INTEGRATION_USED column of the report for meetings scheduled from Microsoft Teams.
Send meeting reminders from the Webex tab for Webex meetings
Send attendees reminder for Webex meetings and Personal Room meetings that you scheduled using the Webex tab to make it easier for them to attend. A reminder option appears 15 minutes before the start time. When you send the reminder, a notification appears in the channel where you scheduled the meeting. You can start the meeting from the reminder and attendees can join from it.
Simplified pop-up window for the messaging extension
We’ve simplified the way you share a link to your Personal Room or a scheduled meeting from the messaging extension. Now, when you select the messaging extension, a pop-up window appears where you can enter the meeting topic and share it to the channel conversation, group chat, or private chat. You no longer need to select your Personal Room or enter a meeting number.
For the best experience, we recommend that you set your Webex site in a chat with the Meetings bot to use the messaging extension globally. However, you can now use the messaging extension globally, even if you don't set your site. If you don't set your personal site, the meeting extension chooses one associated with your account.
Start Webex meetings from the Cisco Webex Meetings messaging extension
We've added the ability for Webex Meetings hosts in Microsoft Teams to start meetings from the Cisco Webex Meetings messaging extension anywhere in the app. Click Cisco Webex Meetings on the messaging extensions bar to start a meeting in your channel conversation, group chat, or private chat.
To use the messaging extension, install the Webex Meetings app for Microsoft Teams and set your Webex site in the private chat with the Cisco Webex Meetings bot.
Share recordings
We've added the ability for users to share recordings from the Webex tab in a channel. Hover over the recording and click the share button to the right of the recording details.

Personal Room meetings now get the following notifications:
-
Meeting start
-
Meeting end
-

When the meeting is scheduled in the personal tab, the notification appears in the personal tab when the recording is ready.

Attendee invite look ahead for enterprise users
Webex Meetings hosts in Microsoft Teams now have a look ahead capability when adding attendees to their meeting invitations. The look ahead feature searches through all users in the organization, and when hosts type the first three letters of an attendee's name, that person's email appears to make the experience easier. If more than one attendee has the same three initials, then a list appears for the host to select the appropriate person.
This feature makes scheduling Webex meetings from Microsoft Teams even easier, further supporting a similar integration of Webex Meetings and Microsoft Teams.
