Webcasts are only included with event subscriptions with 3000 or more users.

Sign in to your Webex site and click Meetings.

Click Start next to your webcast.

Connect your audio and video, then click Start Event.


 

When you start a webcast, you're not yet broadcasting. Attendees cannot see or hear anything until you're streaming live.

When you're ready to begin broadcasting, click Start Webcast, choose the streaming layout, then click Go Live.

You can interact with attendees in several ways when hosting an event in webcast mode. For more information, see Manage Question and Answer Sessions in a Webcast and Manage Polls in a Webcast.

To stop streaming, click Stop Webcast, then click Stop to confirm.

This does not end the webcast. To end the webcast, click End Event.

Open the Cisco Webex Meetings app on your mobile device.

Go to your meeting list and tap Start next to your webcast.

Choose Your Audio and Video Settings.

When you're ready to begin broadcasting, tap More options more options icon, then tap Start Webcast.

Tap Go live.

This does not end the webcast. To end the webcast, tap End Event.
