The Cisco Webex Meetings bot helps you invite people to your Webex Personal Room meeting or a Webex scheduled meeting directly in Workplace so people can join easily. You can quickly add a meeting link to your group chat and invite users to join your Personal Room meeting. Other people can join the video meeting easily by clicking the link within the message.

After your System Administrator installs the Cisco Webex Meetings integration for Workplace, you can get started with the Cisco Webex Meetings bot. You must have a Cisco Webex Meetings account to use this app. If your Webex account is enabled for a Personal Room, you can share a link to a meeting in your Personal Room. Go to www.webex.com to sign up for an account for you or your company. All functionality with the Webex Bot works across both desktop and mobile experiences.

Only Cisco Webex sites version WBS31 and later are supported. Cisco WebEx Meetings Server sites are not supported.
