Breakout sessions are available on WBS40.9 and later sites. To find out which version of Webex Meetings that you're using, see Find Your Cisco Webex Meetings Version Number.

A maximum of 100 breakout sessions can be added to meeting.

If the Breakout session assignments dialog box isn't already open, click Breakout sessions to open it.

Only one host or cohost can have the Breakout session assignment dialog box open at a time.

To add a breakout session, click Add session, and then enter a new name for the session or press Enter to use the default name.

To rename a breakout session, hover over the session name, click Rename, and then enter a new name.

To delete a breakout session, hover over the breakout session, and then click Delete.

All participants in the session will be unassigned.

Tap More Options More options > Breakout Session.


 

If the Breakout Session button is unavailable, someone else is editing the breakout sessions. Ask the host or cohost if they're making changes.

To add a breakout session, tap Add Session, and then enter a new name for the session or tap Save to use the default name.

To rename a breakout session, tap … next to the session name, tap Rename, enter a new name, and then tap Save.
