When you start or join a meeting, a preview page appears where you can choose how to connect your audio and video.

Click the audio connection options and choose how you want to hear the audio in the meeting.

If you want to join the meeting with your audio muted, click Mute

Choose to turn your video on or off. To join a meeting with your video turned off, click Stop video. You see |

If you want to set your video background, click Change background, and then choose one of the available options. You can learn more about virtual backgrounds here. |

Enter a phone number next to Call me, and then click Switch. The phone number that you enter into Webex Meetings saves for your next meeting on this site.

Adjust the volume slider for your speaker or microphone.

Click Test to hear the volume at its current setting. Continue to adjust the volume sliders to until the volume is at the level you want. |
