Use predefined settings templates
A settings template is a collection of custom settings for a location or a service (meeting, messaging, calling, or vidcast). Settings templates help to simplify the onboarding and management of users in your organization.

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Services, select a service. To apply a predefined template to your entire organization, under Management, select Organization settings. |

Under Templates, select Create template. |

Select Use a predefined template. Predefined templates are only visible to customers that have chosen Education as their business vertical. Templates for other business verticals will be available in the future. |

Select a predefined template for Students or for Teachers, then click Next.

Give your template a name and an optional description. |

Make any changes you want to the settings for Meetings, Messaging, Calling, or Vidcast, then click Create template and next. |

Apply the template to groups or locations. |

Click Done. |

Sign in to Control Hub, then under Services, select a service. |

Click Templates. |

Select the template you want to apply to groups or locations, then select Apply template from the Actions menu. |

Apply the template to groups or locations. When you apply a template to a group or location that was already using a template, the new template settings overwrite the old. |

Click Done. |

Select the template you want to duplicate, then select Duplicate from the Actions menu. |

Give your template a name and an optional description. |

Select the settings you want for Meetings, Messaging, Calling, or Vidcast, then click Create template and next. |

Apply the template to groups or locations. |

Click Done. |

Select the template you want to delete, then select Delete from the Actions menu. |

Check I understand that deleting a template is permanent and can't be undone, then click Delete. |
