Enable SpeechView through Cloud-Connected UC
Use voicemail transcription to deliver the messages in both audio and text formats through email and .WAV file that allows you to decide the best way to manage them.
Overview
SpeechView converts voice messages to text and delivers the text version of the voice message to your email inbox. It allows you to read your voice messages and take immediate action. The original audio version of each voice message remains available to you anywhere, anytime with Cisco Unity Connection. The SpeechView solution enables organizations to make faster and better decisions, thus enhancing productivity.
Prerequisites
- Onboard on CCUC (Webex Cloud-Connected UC) to access the speechview feature Set up Webex Cloud-Connected UC for on-premises devices.
- Procure the Cisco SpeechView Standard License.
- Upgrade to 14SU(4) or 15SU(2) versions to use speech to text functionality.

Steps to enable SpeechView

From the customer view in Control Hub, go to Services > Connected UC. On the UC Management card, click Inventory. |

Click Details next to the cluster group to which the node belongs. The Inventory page with the list of clusters belonging to the selected cluster group appears. |

Click Details next to the cluster to which the node belongs. The Node name with the version, product, and status appears.

Click the ellipsis … icon next to Event History and choose Service Management. The Service Management page appears with the list of services, such as Directory service, Certificate Management, Operational Metrics, Voicemail.

Use the toggle button to enable the speechview voicemail transcript. |

Click Yes, I agree check box and then click Submit. |
