Lifesize endpoints won’t connect using H.323

I can't connect to Cisco Webex Video Platform meetings using a Lifesize endpoint

I'm not able to connect to a Cisco Webex Video Platform meeting using H.323 on Lifesize endpoints

Note: CMR Cloud has been renamed to Cisco Webex Video Platform. Some links and text may still refer to CMR Cloud, but information should still apply to the renamed service.

Solution:
Lifesize endpoints may have problems connecting to a Cisco Webex Video Platform meeting using H.323.

This issue affects endpoint firmware version older than 5.0.9

Workaround:
Use Lifesize firmware version 5.0.9
