Video is Broadcast & Received in 720p Despite 720p Video being Disabled for the User Profile

Video is broadcast & received in 720p despite 720p video being disabled for the user profile.

Video is being sent and received in HD although HD video is not enabled for the user.

 

Solution:
This behavior is by design and occurs if the host account is configured with Video Device-Enabled Meetings.
