    The Send Welcome Emails Feature is Grayed Out in Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration

    The send Welcome emails feature is grayed out in Cisco Webex Meetings Site Administration.

    'Send Welcome email to this host when account is created' is grayed out.

    Welcome emails need to be sent to new or existing hosts.

    Customized Welcome emails are not being sent to new hosts.

    I can't select the option to 'Send Welcome email to this host when account is created'.

    If the Send "Welcome" email to this host when account is created  checkbox is grayed out, Welcome emails will still be sent to new hosts. However, this email may take up to 24 hours to be delivered, and is the standard Welcome email provided by Webex.

    If you would like to have Welcome emails sent immediately after the account creation, or if you would like to use customized Welcome emails, contact your Webex Customer Success Manager for further assistance, see article: How Do I Get Help with Webex?.
