When an online MPP phone is deleted, a factory reset is performed to clear any existing configuration from the device. After the factory reset, the device returns to its Activation Code screen. If the device is offline or can't be contacted, you can manually factory reset it before re-use. For 6800, 7800, and 8800 series phones, the remote factory reset is only supported if running on firmware 12.0.3 or later. For 8875 video phones, the remote factory reset is only supported if running on firmware 2.2.1 or later.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Devices.

Select a device or choose multiple devices, and then click Delete.
