Enable Lobby Access for Webex App Users Joining Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex site administrators can turn on or off the Webex Teams lobby for scheduled meetings.

When enabled, people can wait in the lobby to join locked Webex meetings from Webex Teams. The lobby is enabled by default.

1	Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Common Site Settings > Options and scroll to Cloud Collaboration Meeting Room Options .
2	Check Allow Webex Teams users to wait in the lobby for a locked meeting .
