Enable Lobby Access for Cisco Webex Teams Users Joining Cisco Webex Meetings
Cisco Webex site administrators can turn on or off the Webex Teams lobby for scheduled meetings.
When enabled, people can wait in the lobby to join locked Webex meetings from Cisco Webex Teams. The lobby is enabled by default.
1 Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to and scroll to Cloud Collaboration Meeting Room Options. 2 Check Allow Webex Teams users to wait in the lobby for a locked meeting.
When enabled, people can wait in the lobby to join locked Webex meetings from Cisco Webex Teams. The lobby is enabled by default.
