Webex App | Access call recordings

Want to catch up on the discussion that happened in the call? Easily access and play back all your incoming and outgoing call recordings directly from the Webex App. The new Recordings tab under Calling lists all the recordings for the calls.

This feature is only available if you are configured with Webex Call recording provider.

Open Webex and sign in.

Go to Calling and click Recordings.

The recordings for the calls appear.

Hover over any recording and choose what you want to do:

  • Click to play the recording. The recording plays in the player.
  • Click Audio or Video call to call the person.
  • Click to send a message to the person.
  • Click for more options, such as email or delete the recording.

The message and email options appear only for the internal calls.

Under Recents, tap the filter and choose Recordings.

The recordings for the calls appear.

Tap any recording and choose what you want to do:

  • Tap to play the recording. The recording plays in the player.
  • Tap Audio or Video call to call the person.
  • Tap to send a message to the person.

To delete a recording, swipe it left and tap Delete.

The message option appears only for the internal calls.
