Webex App | Access call recordings
Want to catch up on the discussion that happened in the call? Easily access and play back all your incoming and outgoing call recordings directly from the Webex App. The new Recordings tab under Calling lists all the recordings for the calls.
This feature has been temporarily suspended. New users won't be able to access call recordings on the Webex App. Users who had access to the call recordings on the Webex App previously will see limited availability.
Users can still record the call on the Webex App and view the recordings on User Hub.

Open Webex and sign in. |

Go to Calling and click Recordings. The recordings for the calls appear.

Hover over any recording and choose what you want to do:
The message and email options appear only for the internal calls. |

Under Recents, tap the filter and choose Recordings. The recordings for the calls appear.

To delete a recording, swipe it left and tap Delete. The message option appears only for the internal calls. |
