    The 'Number Telephony Calls' and 'Number of Click-to-Call Calls' fields are not Populating Data in the Org Admin Report

    The 'Number of Telephony Calls' and 'Number of Click-to-Call Calls' fields are not populating data in the Org Admin report.

    Fields are missing from the Org Admin report.

    Data is missing from the User Activity Report that is generated in Org Admin.

     

    The Number of Telephony Calls and Number of Click-to-Call Calls fields do not populate data in the User Activity reports that are generated from the Org Admin Tool.
