Missing audio connection type and default call-in number in preferences
Audio connection type is unavailable for the host account.

Audio Connection Option Missing from Host Account
If you are unable to make changes in the audio connection and there is a yellow exclamation mark, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
In the preference section, when the meeting type is selected as Webex Personal Conference then there will be no drop-down in the host account to make the changes under Audio and Video tab in Audio connection:
To resolve this issue:
- Log in to your Webex site: https://SITENAME.webex.com
Note: You will replace SITENAME with the actual name of your Webex site.
- Select Preferences from the left panel.
- Click on the Scheduling tab.
- From the Meeting type dropdown, select Pro Meetings or anything except WebEx Personal Conference.
- Click on Save at the bottom to make changes.
