access space files

Go to Messaging , choose a space, click Content, and then select .

  • Select List view to view files in a list, or Grid view to view files as thumbnails.

When you hover over a file you can do the following:

  • Show in Messages.

  • Download, and then click Show in folder .

  • Update file share—If the file is shared from Microsoft Onedrive or Sharepoint Online.

You can also click on a file in a space to see the file in a preview window, then click left or right to quickly navigate between other files shared in the space.

Choose how to view and download files:

  • Preview—Tap the file.
  • Download—Tap the file, tap , and then tap Save Image.
  • See all files—Go to the activity menu , tap Content and choose Files.

    • Select from List view or Grid view to view files.

    See who sent a file and when they sent it by tapping the file and then tapping Show in Space.

Choose how to view and download files:

  • Preview—Tap the file. Tap and then choose from:

    • Share—Choose an application to share the file.

    • Save—Save the file to the device.

    • Open with...—Choose an application to open the file.

    • Show in Space—See who sent a file and when they sent it.

  • See all files—In the space, tap the activity menu , then tap Content and choose Files.

    • Tap List view to view files in a list, or Grid view to view files as thumbnails.

    • Tap a file to see a preview, then swipe left or right to quickly navigate between files shared in the space.

Go to Messaging , choose a space, then click Content and select .

When you hover over a file you can do the following:

  • Jump to message.

  • Download—You can choose where to save downloaded files if you're using Webex App for Web.

You can also click on a file in a space to see the file in a preview window.
