You can reset access for a person in Cisco Webex Control Hub, if for example, they've left your company or lost their device. Any cached content is deleted from their mobile devices. You can delete a user to remove their access immediately.
From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Users and select a person.
Click Roles and Security > Security and click Reset Access.
Within 6 hours, Webex automatically signs the user out. You can delete a user if you want to immediately (and permanently) remove their access.
