Manage options in Webex Meetings and Webex Webinars
As a host or cohost, you can turn options on or off during meetings or webinars. To keep the focus on your meeting or webinar, you can turn off features that may cause distractions, such as chat or reactions.
Windows

In a meeting or webinar, click Show Menu Bar, click Meeting or Webinar and then click Options. |

Select General, Content Sharing, or Import Mode. |

Uncheck or check the options that you want to turn on or off, and click Apply to save your changes. |
Mac

In your meeting or webinar, click Webex Meetings or Webex Webinars and then click Meeting Options or Webinar Options. |

Uncheck or check the options that you want to turn on or off, and click Apply to save your changes. |
