You can lock focus on a specific participant in the main video window. Even when someone else is speaking, you'll only see the person you've locked focus on in that window. If you're the host, you can lock the focus for all meeting participants.
This article applies to Webex Meetings and Webex Events (classic) on version 41.3 and earlier sites. Select the participant on whom you want to lock video focus from the meeting control at the top of the screen. You can lock the video focus of the main video on you, a specific participant, or the active speaker. If you're the host, you can determine whose video you and your participants see.
Users joining from video devices will still see the active speaker.
Each participant can choose who appears in their thumbnail videos. When you lock a thumbnail video in focus, only your view is affected.
The thumbnail videos cannot be locked for everyone in a specific arrangement by the host. Each participant can lock their thumbnail videos in a view that they want.
While in Stage view or Focus view, select Lock this video on a specific participant at the top of the screen.
If the host has already locked the video on a participant, you can't select . Instead, a lock icon appears next to the name of the person the video is locked on:

You can unlock the window by clicking Unlock the video focus to return focus back to active speaker, or click the "..." to lock the window to a different participant.
