Tips about using Cisco Webex in Salesforce
Although everyone associated with a particular record can see the Webex spaces that are linked to it in Salesforce, you need to be a member of a space to open them.
Webex messaging is persistent, and gives you access to the history of shared messages and files in your spaces. The Salesforce integration has a Save Conversation feature, which gives you the ability to save messaging exchanges directly to Salesforce for specific follow-up and note taking. You can save these messages to Salesforce records.
